Family Meals

You want to eat healthy home cooked meals, have home cooked food you can use for your baby's first tastes or stock the freezer with some lovely meals for once your baby arrives but where do you find the time. How about a little friendly help, which includes:

  • Setting a menu for the week (some ideas below), meals are tailored to your family needs and preferences.
  • Shopping at the supermarket of your choice.
  • Preparation and cooking in your kitchen.
  • Loading of dishwasher and clean up.


You come home to a clean kitchen and a week worth of dinners that just need reheating (instructions will be waiting just in case).

Sample meal options, just a few there are many more to choose from:

  • Lasagna (meat or veggie)
  • Lemon Chicken
  • Chili (meat or veggie)
  • Roast dinner
  • Carbonara
  • Stew (meat or veggie)
  • Cottage pie (meat or veggie)


Shopping and preparation cost $125 for a week of dinners plus cost of ingredients which will vary depending on weeks menu.

Example food prices: five main meals for two people and a little left overs for lunch would be about $55 for ingredients (depending on dish).
